Definite aims and characteristics is the basis for a police college to win its social status , and also the sign of its competition. We should do our work in a connotation way, which means we should base ourselves upon our circumscription, recognize our excellent subject, so that we are able to establish our features in running a school. And also means that we should strengthen specialty construction, predominant feature subjects.
