How to make full use of enterprise resources and effectively carry out coupling work with study and cooperation between production and study is the topic and duty which various higher vocational colleges are facing together. This paper makes some preliminary analyses and exposition on corporate culture resources＂ unique function in the process of higher vocational colleges＂ running and educational and teaching reforms. It also expounds how higher vocational colleges make use of corporate culture resources to train skiU and technique talented persons, hoping that it can set education researchers＇thinking and attract principal parts of school- running institutions＇attention.
