摘要
报告收治１４岁以下儿童肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤５例，均经手术治疗及病理证实。就此５例的临床资料，分析及总结儿童嗜铬细胞的临床特点，指出儿童嗜铬细胞瘤症状多很严重，血压都很高，常有剧烈头痛及视力减退，并可出现高血压脑病症状，高代谢症状也很明显，表现为发热、多汗及消瘦。３例有特殊临床表现，１例有剧烈腹痛，１例有下肢疼痛及间歇跛行，１例并发急性胆囊炎。就其临床特点及特殊临床表现进行讨论。认为儿童嗜铬细胞瘤患者症状严重。
