盐酸戊乙奎醚用于先心病患儿术前用药的临床观察

Clinical observation on preoperative administration of penehyclidine for children with congenital heart diseases

目的观察盐酸戊乙奎醚对先心病患儿的影响。方法选择60例先心病患儿,随机分为盐酸戊乙奎醚1组、盐酸戊乙奎醚2组和对照组,对比观察体温、心率及呼吸道分泌物。结果盐酸戊乙奎醚两组的心率、体温变化及呼吸道分泌物明显小于对照组(P<0.01)。结论盐酸戊乙奎醚用于先心病患儿比常规抗胆碱药作用效果好。

Objective To observe the effect of penehyclidine on children with congenital heart disease. Methods Sixty children suffered from congenital heart disease were randomly divided into three groups： penehyclidine group one, penehyclidine group two, and control group, with twenty cases in each group. The temperature （T）, heart rate （HR） and salivary secretion of the patients were observed comparatively. Results The changes of HT, T and salivary secretion were significantly milder in two penehyclidine groups than control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Penehyclidine is superior to atropine for children with congenital heart disease.
