摘要
以β－环糊精对氟哌酸进行包合，采用正交试验法摸索包合物制备最佳工艺条件，使产品掩盖了氟哌酸的苦味。
In the study, Norfloxacin inclusion compound was prepared. The fevourable experiment condition was acquired by orthogonal experiment. The bitter of Norfloxacin was covered in the product. So it is valuable to administration, especially to little kids.
