Professor CAI Shou-qiu:A Legal Scholar Pursuing the Harmony between Man and Nature

蔡守秋教授是我国著名的环境法学家,他勇于开拓,率先提出了许多前瞻性的观点和创新性的理论,引领了环境资源法律和政策的学科发展。他最早关注环境道德,率先研究环境权,提出了原创性理论———调整论,强调“人与自然和谐共处”的基本理念。他亲历环保实践,治学务实求真。

Professor CAI Shou-qiu is a famous environmental law expert who is brave in exploiting. He takes the lead in proposing many forward-looking viewpoints and innovative theories, and leads the development of the subject of environment law and policy. He is the first to show concern for environmental morality and takes the lead in researching environmental right. He proposes original creative theory-the theory of adjustment, which stresses the basic logos of the harmonious coexistence between man and nature. He takes the practice of environment protection in person and tries to be practical and truthful in pursuing his studies.
