摘要
用盐酸山莨菪碱治疗贫血小鼠,经PAGE电泳及珠蛋白肽链合成速率的检测发现,小鼠的α-及β-珠蛋白肽链合成明显增加,并能维持10d左右。结果显示无小鼠胚胎型血红蛋白产生,该药作用途径可能是增加了成年型α及β肽链的合成。
We treated anemic mice with Anisodamine hydrochloride followed by Hb electrophoresisand detection of globin chain synthesis rate.We found that the synthesis of their globinchains remarkably increased and would last for approximately 10 days,While the results didnot show any generation of fetal Hb,possible effect of the drug might come from the raisingof α and β globin chains of the adult mice.
