摘要
目的建立一种用气相色谱法测定尿素维E乳膏中维生素E含量的方法。方法采用硅酮OV—17填充柱(涂布浓度为2%);柱温:275℃;进样口温度:295℃;FID检测器,检测器温度320℃。结果维生素E在2.00—6.06μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9992),平均加样回收率为97.1%,RSD为1.4%(n=9)。结论该法简便快速,结果准确,可以有效地控制该药品的质量。
Aim To estabilsh a method for determining vitamin E in urea and vitamin E cream by GC. Method 2% OV-17 packed column. The column temperature was at 275℃. Injector temperature was at 295℃ ,FID detector with temperature at 320℃. Results Vitamin E showed a good linear relationship at a range of 2,130 -6,061μg(r =0.9992). The average recovery and the relative standard deviation was 97.1% and 1. 4% respectively. Conclusion The method was convenient and rapid. It was accurate and very suitable for the quality control of the drug.
