摘要
电信资费管制问题始终是一个值得关注的问题。本文通过对电信业特性的阐述,讨论了电信产业自然垄断的属性,将电信网间互联资费的管制作为研究的重点进行了论述。并就所讨论问题引出进一步的思考。
The study of telecom tariff regulation is of important meanings and deserves more attention. Through introducing the characteristics of telecommunication, the article analyses the property of natural monopoly of telecom industry. And the discussions about problems in intertelecommunication tariff regulation are stressed. Finally the study educes further thoughts on the problems discussed.
