摘要
本刊讯 2006年5月29日，日本食品中农业化学品残留“肯定列表制度”开始实施，该制度涉及302种食品，799种农业化学品，54，782个限量标准，将全面提高我输日农产品技术门槛。为帮助输日企业防范出口风险，减少贸易损失，近日，商务部对外贸易司与中国食品土畜进出口商会联合发布了《对日出口农产品风险评估报告》（以下简称《评估报告》），正式启动农产品出口行业预警机制。
The ＂Positive List System＂ for agricultural chemical residues in Japanese foods will be implemented on May 29, 2006. The system involves in 302 kinds of foods, 799 kinds of agricultural chemicals, 54,782 limit standards, which will wholly raise technical threshold on the export of Chinese agricultural products to Japan. In order to help the exporters to Japan keep away export risks and reduce trade losses, the Department of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Commerce （MOFCOM） and CFNA have jointly released ＂Report of Risk Assessment of Agro-products Export to Japan＂ （For Short： Assessment Report） in recent day, and have officially Started up Early-warning System of agricultural products export industry.
