Intensifying Quality Management to Make Glorious Achievements——Deeds of Wang Ganyou, Board Chairman of Zhejiang Huaxing Down Products Co., Ltd.

浙江华兴羽绒制品有限公司的前身是浙江省华兴羽绒总厂，建于20世纪90年代初，一开始只有百十台缝纫机，一台德国80年代中期产的电控全自动小型羽毛水洗机及几台羽毛加工设备，作为浙江省畜产进出口公司的全资企业，是羽绒制品出口的一个生产基地。后来与外方合资成立了“浙江兴合羽绒制品有限公司”，成为工贸合一的企业，并以日本市场为主要外销市场。1995年后，国际羽绒市场逐步走向低谷，日本市场羽绒产品需求趋于萎缩状态。羽绒行业面临较大困境，企业连续两年发生亏损。王干友受命于危急时刻，成为浙江华兴羽绒制品有限公司的董事长兼总经理。

Zhejiang Huaxing Down Products Co., Ltd. grew out of Zhejiang Province Huaxing Down Factory, which was set up in 1990s of 20th century with only 100 sewing machines and one set of imported German machine manufactured in mid 1980s and several other processing equipment. As an enterprise affiliated to Zhejiang Animal By- Products Imp ＆ Exp Corporation, the Factory was still a production base for export of down products. Later on, Zhejiang Xinghe Down Products Co., Ltd. a joint venture was set up, integrating the industry and trade with Japanese market as sales destination. After 1995, the down industry was in a difficult position and the Company incurred loss for 2 years in succession, due to global down market coming across a depressed time and the demand of down shrunk in Japanese market. Mr. Wang Ganyou was assigned at such critical moment as board chairman ＆ general manager of the Company.
