英国的猪肉安全卫生管理体系简介

Brief Introduction of Pork Safety and Hygiene Management System in Britain

摘要 2006年1月欧盟开始实施一系列的食品卫生新法规,以此进一步加强对食品安全的监管,增强消费者对食品安全的信心。英国作为欧盟的一员,自2006年也开始执行了这些法规。猪肉产品作为重要而敏感的动物源性食品,英国主管部门也非常重视对猪肉的安全卫生控制与管理。本文作者根据对英国猪肉安全卫生管理的实地评估考核情况,撰文介绍英国的猪肉安全卫生管理体系,广大读者从中不仅可以了解到英国的猪肉安全卫生管理体系,还可以了解到欧盟新食品卫生法规的执行情况。 In order to further intensify supervision on food safety and increase consumer confidence on food safety, EU began to enforce a series of new rules of food hygiene from February, 2006. As a member of EU, UK also started implementing these rules from 2006. UK competent authorities attach great importance to safety and hygiene control and management of pork because pork products are important and sensitive foods of animal origin. In the light of the assessment and examination on the spot of safety and hygiene management system of British pork, the writer of this article be-wrote to introduction on the British pork meat safety and hygiene management system. From this article, the vast readers not only acquaint themselves with the British pork meat safety and hygiene management system, but also keep abreast of the implement of EU new rules of food hygiene.
