摘要
对湖北省浠水县的计划免疫工作以乡为单位，应用批量质量保证抽样（ＬＱＡＳ）方法进行抽样检验，发现较差的乡及存在的问题，为管理者进行有效干预提供科学的依据，同时探讨了ＬＱＡＳ方法作为管理工具在计划免疫项目评价中的快速性及实用性。
This paper applying Lot Quality Assurance Sampling(LQAS) to study immunization coverage of the township in Xishui Country. The aim is assessing the quality of services in vaccination program and finding problems in the poor township. So the manager of primary public health service can take steps to interfere immunization service according to the results of study. At the same time ,it also has the applicatility and rapidness of LQAS as a mange tool in evaluation of immunization program.
