摘要
该文对３４例心衰患者门诊洋地黄类药物治疗的方法及疗效作了分析，认为地高辛每日维持量疗法较安全、简便，适用于门诊大多数心衰患者。对于急重心衰可根据病情分别以负荷量速给法或缓给法加维持治疗量予以治疗。可根据心室率（休息时６０～８０次／ｍｉｎ，轻活动不超过９０次ｍｉｎ来调整洋地黄类药物的用量，并可将控制此范围心室率的剂量视为该患者最适宜的维持量。
An analysis is made on the therapy and effects of the lanatoside medication administered for out_patients with heart failure and a conclusion out of it is that the therapy of daily maintenance dose of digoxin is relatively safe, simple and effective for most out_patients with heart failure.For those with acute or serious heart failure, the quick_administered medication of heart load or the slow_administered plus daily maintainence dose is required. The dose of lanatoside medication should depend on the heart rate 60～80 time s· min 1 at rest and under go times · min 1 and the dose for control of a patient′s heart rate within this range is considered as the most suitable maintainence dose for him.
