多平面经食道超声心动图对心血管疾病的诊断价值

The Diagnostic Value of Multiplane Transesophogeal Echocardiography on Cardiovascular Diseases

为了评价多平面经食道超声心动图（ＴＥＥ）的临床应用价值，对３６例临床经胸超声心动图（ＴＴＥ）检查尚未完全明确诊断的心血管疾病患者进行了ＴＥＥ检查。结果显示：①２６例（７２％）患者ＴＥＥ补充或纠正了ＴＴＥ诊断；②９例手术患者ＴＥＥ诊断符合率１００％；③对感染性心内膜炎小赘生物的检出、间隔缺损部位、数目、合并畸型、心腔内血栓、大动脉瘤等ＴＥＥ的诊断价值明显高于ＴＴＥ。

To evaluate the clinical application of multiplane transesophogeal echocardiography(TEE), 36 patients of cardiovascular diseases whose diagnoses were still unclear through clinical and transthoracic echocardiographic examinations were examined again with TEE. The results showed that(1) there were 26 cases(72%) whose diagnoses were modified or complimented by TEE; (2)the diagnoses by TEE for 9 cases who received an operation were 100% correct; (3)the diagnostic value of TEE was significantly higher than that of TTE in the examination of small vegetation of infective endocarditis, the size and number and complicated abnormality of septal defects, intramural thrombus and large aneurysm, etc.
