摘要
１例颅内动脉瘤，采用血管内微弹簧圈栓塞治疗，除１例因瘤颈过小，微导管不能送入动脉瘤腔而改行手术夹闭外，其余１０例均栓塞治疗成功，效果良好。并就动脉瘤栓塞技术和如何保持载瘤动脉通畅进行了讨论。
This paper presents 11 cases of intracranial aneurysms that were embolized with wolfram coils. One out of 11 cases was clipped, because the neck of the aneurysm is too narrow to introduce microcatheter into the aneurysmal sac. The embolization in the other 10 cases was a great success and the effect is good. This paper also discusses on how to operate the endovascular technique and how to preserve the parent artery.
