26例小脑血管母细胞瘤临床与CT表现

Clinical and CT Signs of 26 Cases of Cerebral Hemangioblastomas

２６例小脑血管母细胞瘤（ＨＡＢ）经ＣＴ检查有２１例发现壁结节，其中１９例经病理检查找到壁结节，除３例＜０５ｃｍ外，其余范围均在１０～２５ｃｍ。“悬浮壁结节”可作为囊性小脑ＨＡＢ的ＣＴ确诊依据，其特征为“大囊小壁结节”，易与囊性星形细胞瘤混淆，尤应在诊断中加以鉴别。

A CT examination confirmed wall nodes in 19 of out 26 cases of cerebellar HAB,and a pathlolgical examination found the wall nodules.The nodules in 3 of the 19 were <0.5 cm long and the others were between 1.0 and 2.5 cm long.The suspended wall nodules can serve as evidence for the CT diagnosis of cerebellar HAB.They are characteristic of big cyst and small wall,and easily mistaken for cystoid star_shaped tumor.So attention must be given to the difference between these two types tumor.
