摘要
对５例小儿假两性畸形进行了性器官再造，其中男假两性畸形３例，女假两性畸形２例。根据患儿家属的愿望，性别重建为男性３例、女性２例，获得了较满意的效果。本文重点介绍了性器官再造手术方法并就诊断、性别选择，术式设计与手术时机等进行了讨论。
Five cases of children's pseudo_hermaphrotism were given reconstruction of sexual organ.Among which three were male pseudo_hermaphrotism,and the other two were female.Satisfactory results were attained with sex reconstruction of three male,two female,the patients were treated by sex reconstruction according to their parents' willingness. This article mainly introduced the method of the surgery,and discusses the diagnosis,the sex selection,the design of surgical plan and the choice of the right time for surgery.
