In view of the unreasonable choice of ways on housing allowance to middle and low income households, We have discussed the advantages of giving the housing allowance to middle and low income households directy, not to the suppliers of the houses, separately from the economic principle and the social realities. Here is suggested that implement the allowance way to the middle and low income households directly should set up proper model and establish the mechanism of balance and public system.
