面对突发公共事件在国际国内造成的严峻形势,我们应该认识到,突发公共事件紧急救治机制的建立和完善刻不容缓。面对这些突如其来的自然灾害和社会灾难,完善紧急救治应急硬件和软件支撑系统,正确把握危机管理紧急救治的原则和建立健全突发公共事件紧急救治机制,这既是社会发展的客观需要,也是政府全面履行职能,特别是加强社会管理和公共服务职能的一项重要工作,更是构建和谐社会的一项重要任务。

Facing the unexpected events in the international and domestic public caused by the grim situation, we should recognize that sudden public events to establish and perfect the emergency treatment mechanism is imperative. In the facing of these sudden natural disasters and social catastrophe, improving emergency medical response system with hardware and software supporting, grasping the principles of crisis management and emergency treatment correctly,and establishing a sound mechanism for emergency treatment of sudden public events, are not only the objective need of social development, but also for government to performance its functions in an all-round way, particularly,in strengthening social management and public service, in order a build a more harmonious society.
