摘要 在发展城市基础设施建设中,对基础设施项目进行科学合理的评价显得十分重要。分析了我国基础设施投资项目评价中需要解决的问题,提出从建立评价指标体系、完善经济评价方法、改进市场预测方法、选取综合评价方法、分析项目风险五个方面来完善基础设施项目投资评价内容、方法,这将有益于提高项目投资决策的科学性和资源配置的合理性。 Much emphasis is put on urban infrastructure construction in China at present. So it is very important to evaluate the urban infrastructure investment project reasonably. This paper analyses the problems existing in project evaluation of urban infrastructure investment, and proposes that the infrastructure investment evaluation be improved from evaluation index system, economic evaluation methods, market forecasting methods, integrated assessment methods, and project risk analysis. This will enhance the scientific rationality of investment decision-making and resource allocation.
