薛瑄官箴研究

An Ethical Research of Xue Xuan's Official Admonitions

本文对官箴名著《薛文清公从政名言》及其作者深入研究后指出:薛瑄为明代“真儒”,提倡实学,一生实功。官箴书《从政名言》即其实功之一,其流风余韵,给后人树立了较好的榜样。

The ancient official admonition is one part of heritage of traditional culture in our country, which is worthy to be inherited and researched. After deeply studing the famous work “Xue Wenqing＇s well-known saying about being engaged in politics ”and its writer, the paper points out, Xue Xuan is a real Confucian Scholar in Ming Dynasty. And he created the Shi Theory and took the actual effect. The book on the official admonition “the well-known saying of being engaged in politics”, that is, one of his achievement. The book discussod the officials splendidly in three aspects： their self-cultivatshment, their way treating people and their attitude dealing with affairs. It was more laudable that he thought it and practised it carefully. His practice set a good example to us.
