摘要
目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)16、18感染与乳癌的发病关系。方法用原位杂交法检测60例乳癌和60例乳腺增生症中HPV16、18表达。结果在乳癌中HPV16、18感染率分别为45%和55%、在乳腺增生症分别为15.00%和16.67%(P<0.05),在不同组织学类型以及有无淋巴结转移中HPV16、18的感染率差异无明显性(P>0.05)。结论HPV16、18感染能够诱导乳癌的发生,HPV16、18感染与乳癌组织学类型以及有无淋巴结转移无明显相关性。
OBJECTIVE To assess the relationship between incidence of breast cancer and human papillomavirus types 16 and 18（HPV16,18） infection. METHODS The expression levels of HPV16, 18 in 60 cases of breast cancer and mammary gland hyperplasia were analyzed by in situ hybridization technique. RESULTS The infection rates of HPV16, 18 in breast cancer were 45% and 55%, respectively. The infection rates of HPV16, 18 in mammary gland hyperplasia were 15~ and 16. 67%, respectively. HPV16, 18 infection rates were not significantly different in various histological types, and lymph nodes metastases of breast cancer （P〉0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS The HPV16,18 infection can induce incidence of breast cancer. The infection rates of HPV16,18 are not related to histological types, and lymph nodes metastases of breast cancer.
