Finance is the core in the modem economy. Financial industry will play an important role in rejuvenating Northeast China＇s traditional industrial base. Therefore, the overall financial development strategies should be enforced in Jilin Province, measures should be taken generally and the financial change should be deepened, such an removing the bad capital of banks; perfecting the financial organization structure; cultivating the brand - new financial environment, and meet with the fund need both in agricultural development and the private economics development.
