本文从“马特莱法则”出发,引出了图书馆“明星馆员”的概念,在分析了“明星馆员”对图书馆的价值、图书馆打造“明星馆员”的途径和管理方法之后,论述了“明星馆员”的塑造与图书馆员职业生涯发展的关系。

This article educes the concept of “star librarian” from the law called “20：80 principle”. After analysing the value, the creation and the managing methods of “star librarian”, the relationship between the creation of “star librarian” and the career development of librarians are discussed .
