家兔面肌第一级感觉神经元胞体的分布及其在三叉神经节内的定位 被引量:1

Distribution of the cell bodies of primary sensory neurons innervating the three facial muscles in rabbits and their localization in trigeminal ganglion

摘要 采用HRP法对24只家兔眉耳肌、上唇提肌和小颧肌的第一级感觉神经元胞体的分布、传入途径及其在三叉神经节内的定位进行逆行追踪研究。结果表明:标记细胞均出现于同侧的三叉神经节、面神经核及交感颈前节,而三叉神经中脑核、膝状节和迷走神经结状节、颈1~颈3的脊神经节内未见标记细胞。 The distribution of the cell bodies of primary sensory neurons innervating the three facial muscles (the eyebrow-auricular,the levator labii superiors and the zygomaticus minor muscles),the courses of their afferent fibers and the localization of their cell bodies in the trigeminal ganglion were investigated with HRP retrograde method in rabbits.The results showed that the cell bodies labelled with HRP all occurred in the trigeminal ganglion,facial nucleus and the sympathetic anterior cervical ganglion,but were not found in the mesencephalic nucleus of trigeminal nerve,the facial nerve,the geniculate ganglion,the ganglion of vagal nerve and c 1~c 3 spinal ganglion.The distribution of the labelled bodies in the three facial muscles trended to gather in the horizontal and dorsal~ventral direction of the trigeminal ganglion.
