天然胡萝卜素配合放疗对恶性肿瘤治疗的临床观察

为了观察天然胡萝卜素对放疗患者血象、免疫功能、肝肾功能及放疗反应的影响，本文将１４０例中晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组：一组为单纯放疗组，一组为放疗＋口服天然胡萝卜素组。观察两组放疗前、中、后的血象变化。对放疗＋天然胡萝卜素组，观察用药前后免疫功能，肝、肾功能及放疗反应。结果显示：放疗＋天然胡萝卜素组ＷＢＣ及ＨＢ明显高于单纯放疗组（Ｐ＜０．０１和Ｐ＜０．０５）。放疗＋天然胡萝卜素组放疗后免疫功能较放疗前高（Ｐ＜０．０５），肝、肾功能未见异常。本文结果提示：天然胡萝卜素具有保护放疗患者血象、免疫功能的作用，无肝、肾毒性作用。

In order to evaluate the effect of natural carotene in reducting radiation side effect,140 patients with advanced tumor were divided into two groups:group A(70 cases)were treated by radiotherapy only;group B(70 cases)were treated by radiotnerapy combine with natural carotene.An observation of treatment efffct,peripneral blood cell amount,immunifanction,the function of liver and renal in patients were made.The results snowed that WBC and HB amount in group B were significantly higher than that of group A at
