简述了PDCA循环的含义、特点及应用步骤，介绍了PDCA循环在地面施工管理过程中的具体应用，工程实践证明，通过开展QC小组应用PDCA循环在质量控制中取得了良好的效果。
The following paper introduces the definition, characteristics and application steps of PICA circulation, illustrates its application in ground engineering management process. By practical engineering, the author proves that the QC group can get well effect in quality control by using PICA circulation.
