摘要
根据城镇商业定级因素体系权重确定困难的特点，引入层次分析法进行城镇商业土地定级因素体系权重的确定，经分析可知，该方法结果合理、实用性强，可以在该领域大量推广使用。
Acccording the difficultion of determining land grading in town and city, the author applies AHP to the land grading in town and city to decide grade factors weight. From the analysis we know that this method is reasonable.
