摘要
采用添加GLA前体物的方法,通过正交试验、利用液体发酵技术对少根根霉(Rhizopus arrhizu)进行诱导,研究其产生γ-亚麻酸的最佳发酵条件,检测γ-亚麻酸的含量及收率。结果表明:辅酶A以前体物的形式,诱导少根根霉发酵向有利于γ-亚麻酸产生的方向进行,从而提高了γ-亚麻酸的含量;而ATP则以能量供给体的形式,极大地促进了生物量的增加。最终确定了发酵法生产γ-亚麻酸的最佳条件。
In order to study the best ferment conditions of Rhizopus arrhizu and to examine the content and income rate of γ-Linoleuic Acid, the liquid fermentation technique was used to induce Rhizopus arrhizu by adding GLA prosoma and orthogonal tests. The results showed that as prosoma, CoA induced the ferment of Rhizopus arrhizu to be propitious to the production of γ-Linolenic Acid, thereby increased its content; ATP, however, greatly boosted biomass as the donator of energy. The best conditions to produce γ-Linoleuic Acid by using the liquid fermentation technique was finally confirmed.
