摘要
原生态文化的学术界定历来存在极大纷争,原生态文化虽在概念的界定上有不严格之处,但从实践的角度看,有其存在的合理性,由此提出原生态文化的大概念观点。只有尽快确立原生态文化著作权的立法,通过引进民间资本、借助现代媒体等手段,建立健全原生态文化保护机制,才能达到对原生态文化既保护又开发的目的。
There have been great controversies over the academic definition of original culture. Though its definition concerning conceptual culture is fairly vague, it has the rationality of existence in practice. The paper proposes an integrated concept of original culture. Through the non-government investment and with the help of modern multi-media, we should quicken the legislation for the copyright of the works on original culture and establish the mechanism of its protection to ensure its development.
