摘要
渐开线圆柱齿轮在现代机械传动中应用极为广泛,但传统的设计方法已不能满足工业技术迅速发展的需要。简述了在So lidW orks三维设计平台下进行参数化实体建模的方法,利用So lidW orks软件支持的V isua lB as ic 6.0为开发工具,通过模块化设计和参数化技术相结合的方法,开发了一个渐开线圆柱齿轮全自动化设计系统,它用对话框形式进行设计参数输入,并可自动进行整个渐开线圆柱齿轮副的设计计算、参数校核直至设计图的绘制输出。
Involute cylindrical gear is applied extremely widely in the modern mechanical transmission, but the traditional design method has not been able to meet the need of the industry technology. The paper summarized the method of parametric entity construction under the SolidWorks. Using Visual Basic 6.0 which was supported by SolidWorks as the development tool ,combining the method of modular design and the parameter technology to develop the input dialog box, the paper developed an automatic rapid design system to design the involute cylindrical gear.
