摘要
正常工作下的电子束强流电子枪会产生对人体有害的X射线。如何将这些X射线对操作者的危害降到可以接受的水平成了人们越来越关注的问题。通过计算给出了60kW的电子束强流电子枪常用材料屏蔽层的线性厚度。
The X-ray that is harmful to body will be produced while the strong-current electron gun of electron beam working normally. The question how to reduce the harm of X-ray to be accepted has attracted more and more attention. The linear thickness of shield layer used to 60 kW strong-current electron gun of electron beam has been calculated in the paper.
