摘要
由于42C rM o曲轴锻造坯组织晶粒粗大,影响了钢中缺陷的超声波定性探伤效果。通过试验确定了旨在细化晶粒的热处理工艺,取得了满意的实际生产效果。
This paper introduces the effect of coarse grains on the ultrasonic inspection of 40CrMo steel used for crankshaft. Based on experiments,this paper gives a proper heat treatment process to improve the microstruction of 42CrMo steel. The resuts are satisfied.
