摘要
穿黄工程是南水北调中线的关键工程,南起黄河南岸荥阳县王村至北岸温县马庄东侧,全长约19.3 km;工程设计流量为265 m3/s,加大流量为320 m3/s,设计利用水头为10 m。主要建筑物包括南岸连接明渠、退水建筑物、过河建筑物、北岸河滩明渠、连接明渠等,按1级建筑物设计。主要介绍南水北调中线穿越黄河输水隧洞工程中穿越黄河线路、过河建筑物型比选、工程总体布置方案、盾构法施工的水工隧洞技术和施工工艺、砂层中修筑的大型超深竖井结构技术、黄土高边坡处理技术以及大范围的渠道地基震动液化处理等技术研究成果。
The Yellow river passing works is the key one of middle route project of South to North water transfer,starting at Wangcun village of Yingyang county on the south bank and ending at Mazhuang village of Wenxian county on the north bank.The design discharge is 265 m^3/s with enlarged discharge of 320 m^3/s,and the design water head is 10 m.The main structures contain connection open channel on the south bank,discharge structure,river passing structure,beach open channel and connection open channel on the north bank,and are designed by standard of grade I structure.This paper mainly introduces the achievements of the river passing route and the river structural type comparison and selection,general layout scheme,shield-driven hydraulic tunnel and construction technologies,structure technology of large-type and super-deep shaft well built in sand stratum,high loess side slope treatment technology and open channel foundation liquefaction treatment technology in large scope etc.
