通过对第一轴承盖———凸轮轴的主要质量问题进行分析，从而选取了最佳浇注系统、排溢系统及适宜的压铸工艺参数。

Through analysis of the main quality problem of the first bearing cap of the camshaft,the optimized pouring system,gating system and the adequate technological parametres are chosen which will serve as references for the production of castings of similar kinds.
