摘要
应用Kin-Com等速装置,以60°/s角速度对60名正常青壮年髋关节屈曲、伸展、外展、内收、外旋、内旋6个功能动作的向心收缩、离心收缩力量进行测定。通过对4组髋关节正常运动组合总力矩的计算及左右侧的比较,评价正常青壮年髋关节的稳定性。结果表明,不论性别、收缩形式、肢体,均以屈曲、外展、内旋和伸展、外展、内旋总力矩为大,表明该2组运动组合力量大小与髋关节稳定性关系密切,尤其是外展肌群。运动组合中左右有显著性差异的为男性离心收缩,相差高于5%,正常运动组合总力矩的比较对偏瘫患者的疗效评价和进一步康复训练可能有价值。
60 normal volunteers were tested with a Kin Com isokinetic system for concentric and eccentric torques during hip flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, internal rotation and external rotation at 60°/s. Evaluation of the total torques of normal hip motion combination showed: (1) The total torques of flexions, abduction and internal rotation and extension, abduction and internal rotation were greater than others. (2) There were significant difference between the right and left when males hip motion combinations at eccentric contraction, the deficits percentage were higher than 5%.
