摘要
为总结肥胖研究的新进展,进一步探讨运动减肥的具体方法。应用计算机上网检索近年来在“Pubm ed”和“万方”数据库中发表的相关文献,英文检索词为“obese,sport”,中文为“肥胖,运动”,从检索到的文献中再筛选出15篇实验类文章进行综述。结果表明:肥胖是一种既有遗传基因缺陷,又有饮食过量和运动不足等环境因素影响的多因素疾病。理想而有效的减肥措施是运动+适当饮食控制+生活方式的改变。结论:适宜减肥运动处方为中小强度有氧运动,运动频率3-7次/周,运动时间60m in/次以上。若加上2-3次/周的柔韧和力量训练效果更佳。
To sum up new progress in obese study and draw specific ways to reduce weight, the issue uses intemet to search related database "pubmed and )万方" ,key words are "obese, sport ", then choose 15 papers to study. The result shows: Obese is a kind of many factors' disease which has both genes defect and circumstances of full diet and little sport. So an ideal and effective way to reduce weight is : Sport + good diet + good life way, the mechanism of sport to reduce weight is mainly to adjust the energy balance and fat metabolism. Conclusion: the appropriate sport ways to reduce weight as following: sport way : average and soft aerobic exercise ;sport frequency :3 -7/week;sport time:60min/time and more. If 2 -3 time/week flexible and strength exercise is the best.
