示范性普通高中群体示范效应的形成探源

Analysis on the Formation of Group Demonstration Effect in Common Senior Middle School

以湖南省娄底市基础教育中的普通高中教育作为研究对象,从理论方面进行深入研究,着重探讨示范性普通高中如何“整体协调、发挥综合优势”;如何通过这种整合形成一个高水平的示范群体;如何通过这个群体的示范作用向一般高中产生辐射,促使整个普通高中阶段教育早日实现均衡发展。

Through the theoretical research of common senior middle schools＇ education in Loudi, the author discusses on how to give full play to comprehensive superiority through coordination massively. Further more, the author makes a study on how to form a better demonstration group through the completion, then radiate the common senior middle school so as to realize uniform development of the senior middle school education.
