摘要
传统的人力资源需求预测方法存在着局限性,近年来出现了诸如神经网络方法、灰色预测方法等一些新的预测方法。将多个预测模型集成在一起的“组合预测”法是一种较好的预测方法。
Traditional prediction modes on HR demand just focus on enterprises. Little study and practice has seen on the regional HR demand which actually becomes more and more importam due to the frequent flowing. The paper examined firstly about several general prediction modes and compared the disadvantages. Then introduced the new modes. The paper concluded with some new ideas for the HR prediction modes.
