摘要
将牛血清白蛋白吸附在羟基磷灰石和生物玻璃陶瓷粉末上,通过紫外光谱检测,观察白蛋白的α螺旋数量的改变。结果表明这两种材料吸附白蛋白的量都较大,且吸附后α螺旋的数量有一定的减少。说明这种吸附离子键起一定作用。
The percentages of α helix of bovine serum albumin, which was adsorbed on hydroxyapatite and bio glass ceramic powder, were determined with ultraviolet spectroscopy. The result showed that the percentages of albumin adsorbed on hydroxyapatite and bio glass ceramic respectively were 37.6% and 34.08%.
