县级零售药店药品不良反应监测工作的探索

Investigation of ADR monitoring in country retail drug stores

目的探索零售药店ADR监测工作。方法对县级零售药店药品不良反应监测工作的现状和影响零售药店药品不良反应监测工作的因素进行分析。结果我县零售药店药学人员专业素质不高,药店的技术性服务和指导作用不够,药店人员本身和公众对药品不良反应相关知识及其重要性的认识有偏差,管理制度不健全。结论从加强宣传培训和教育、建立有效的管理制度以及辅以适当的监管措施3个方面提高零售药店的不良反应监测工作水平。

Objective To investigate ADR monitoring in retail drug stores. Method The current situation and influential factors of ADR monitoring in country retail drug stores were analyzed. Result The quality of pharmacists in county retail drug stores needs to be improved. The county retail drug stores can not give enough instruction to support rational drug use. The staff and the public are lack of knowledge of ADR and don＇t realize the importance of ADR monitoring. The management of the drug stores are also need to be strengthened. Conclusion The level of ADR monitoring in country retail drug stores should be improved through strengthening training, education and communication, establishing effective management system, and strengthening supervision by regulatory authority.
