中药注射剂安全性问题的探讨

Discussion on the safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine injections

中药注射剂具有生物利用度高、作用迅速等特点,能较好地发挥中药治疗急病重症的作用,但是在临床应用过程中,中药注射剂引起不良反应的几率较大。笔者就近年来中药注射剂发生不良反应的原因、临床表现及其不良反应防治进行分析总结,以期为临床合理用药及中药注射剂的开发提供借鉴。

Traditional Chinese Medicin （TCM） injections have characteristics of high bioavailability and quick effectiveness. TCM injections show profound influence in treating acute diseases. However, the adverse drug reactions caused by TCM injections have been also observed with high incidence rates in clinical practice. This article analyzed and summarized the adverse drug reactions caused by the TCM injection in recent years, and how to avoid occurrence of ADR are also discussed. Our finding will contribute to drug rational use and TCM injection development.
