摘要
目的了解中药注射剂不良反应的发生情况、特点及规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对2004～2005年河南省药品不良反应监测中心收集的中药注射剂不良反应病例报告进行统计和分析。结果引起不良反应的主要品种为治疗上呼吸道感染和心脑血管疾病药品,其不良反应累及18个系统-器官,小儿患者不良反应所占比例较高。结论应重视中药注射剂的不良反应,提高合理用药水平。
Objective To learn the occurrence and characteristic of ADP. caused by Traditional Chinese Medicine injections and provide information for rational drug use in clinical practice. Method 3144 ADR reports collected by Henan Center for ADR Monitoring from 2004 to 2005 were analyzed using retrospective study method. Result Most of ADR are mainly caused by cardiovascular and cerebrovascular treatment drugs. 18 organ systems are involved. High ADR occurrence is also observed in the pediatric patients. Conclusion It is important to attach importance to the ADR caused by Traditional Chinese Medicine injections and promote rational drug use.
