改变中国农村X射线装备落后的现状成为实施WHIS-RAD的典型 被引量:3

摘要 在30年前,世界卫生组织(WHO)提出“初级卫生保健”的概念和创建了“基本放射系统(WHO—BRS)。90年代,WHO又进一步改善了这个系统而称之为“世界卫生成像系统—放射学(WHIS—RAD)。为了改变中国落后X射线诊断装备和成为实施WHO—BRS和WHIS—RAD的典型,作者为中国农村地区提出了一种安全、有效和低价的X射线诊断成像装备设想。作者建议对农村乡镇卫生院必须淘汰荧光屏透视机和工频X射线摄影机,装备高频X射线摄影机。对一些大的中心乡镇卫生院可使用数字X射线摄影机。这些实现WHO基本放射系统的战略和创建具有中国特色的WHO—基本放射系统。 For the past 30 years, World Health Organization(WHO) introduced "Primary Health Care" concept and developed "the Basic Radiological System (WHO-BRS)o Since 1995,the System has been further improved and called the World Health Imaging System for Radiography (WHIS-RAD)o In ording to change Chinese rural laged behind X-ray diagnostic equipment condition and become a model of carried out WHO-BRS or WHIS-RAD, Authors provide the specification of a safety, effecifives and Inexpensive X-ray diagnostic imaging systems for the Chinese rural areas. Authors recommend that old direct fluoroscopy and mains frequency X-ray radiographic equipment must be failed into disuse and high frequency X-ray radiographic equipment will be equipped in a small rural hospital .The digital X-ray radiography equipment is intended for use in large formerly a commune hospital. It performs WHO basic radiological system strategy and builds a WHO-BRS with Chinese characteristics.
