摘要
用紫外分光光度法和原子吸收分光光度法,对自制的平阳霉素磁性明胶微球中的平阳霉素及Fe3O4的含量进行了检测,平阳霉素的含量为45μg/mg,Fe3O4的含量为310μg/mg。用自行设计的释放速率测量器测量了平阳霉素磁性明胶微球在37℃水溶液中药物的释放速率,平阳霉素释放完全达3h以上,磁性微球具有缓释作用。
Ultraviolet spectrometry and atomic absorption spectrometry were used to measure the contents of PYM and Fe 3O 4 in gelatin PYM magnetic microspheres. The results show that the PYM content was 45 μg in 1mg of the microspheres and Fe 3O 4 310 μg. Using self designed release rate instrument, authors found that PYM could be released from the microspheres in water suspension at 37℃ for more than 3 hours without change of the shape observed under microscope.
