平阳霉素磁控缓释微球体内外抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

Antitumor Effects of Gelatin PYM Magnetic Microsphere Against Human Tongue Cancer Tca8113 Cells in Vitro and in Vivo

摘要 观察了自制的平阳霉素磁性明胶微球对人舌癌Tca8113细胞株的体外杀伤作用及对人舌癌裸鼠移植瘤的治疗效果。结果表明,平阳霉素磁性明胶微球和游离平阳霉素均具有杀伤肿瘤细胞的作用,二者之间无显著性差异(P>005),体内实验中,平阳霉素磁性明胶微球对人舌癌移植瘤有明显的抑制作用,抑瘤率为8533%,明显高于游离平阳霉素(359%),而对正常组织的毒副作用明显减轻。 The inhibition of gelatin PYM magnetic microsphere against in vitro cultured Tca8113 cells and the growth inhibition of them against Tca8113 cell transplanted tumor in nude mice were observed. The data showed that the inhibition of magnetic microsphere and free PYM against cultured Tca8113 cells were not significantly different (P>0.05); the growth inhibition of them against Tca8113 cell transplanted tumor in nude mice were 85.33% and 35.9% respectively (P<0.05). The side effects of the preparation on lung were less severe than that of free PYM.
