本文阐述了我国高校双语教学的现状及存在的问题,双语教学中有关概念、讨论了在《信息系统分析与设计》专业课中采用双语教学的必要性以及怎样实施。作者的主要目的是为准备实施双语教学的教师提供一定的经验。

Abstract：In this paper, the author describes the status and the existent problems about implementing bilingual teaching in Chinese university , introduces the relevant concept on bilingual teaching and discusses the necessity of implementing bilingual teaching in the major course of （ information systems analysis and design ） and suggests how to implement it successfully. His main purpose is to contribute a certain experience to those who prepare to implement bilingual teaching.
