摘要
本文通过分析实行国库集中收付制度的必要性、指导思想和原则以及应注意的问题,提出了高校实行国库集中收付制的措施。
The paper analyzed the necessity of carrying out treasury concentrating payment system and its guidance thought and principles and the problems that should notice.The text also put forward some measures for college carrying out the treasury concentrating payment system.
