摘要
为了研究成都市某小学女教师心理健康状况以及维护策略,选用经修订的教师自我效能感量表,SCL—90心理健康自评量表,教师心理健康状况自编问卷,对该小学所有女教师进行访谈和调查。调查结果显示,SCL—90部分因子分在教师年龄、压力感、担任科目等维度上表现出心理健康症状问题。根据调查所得情况,分析教师心理健康状况不良的成因,结合该校校情,研究制定维护和增进教师心理健康的对策,并贯穿于实际工作中。
To explore the condition of female teachers'mental health in one of the elementary school in Chengdu as well as the maintenance strategy. The revised Questionnaires of Teachers'Generalized Self-Efficiency and SCL -90 were used to investigate all female teachers in the school. Results show some factors of SCL -90 are abnormal in some dimensions such as the age, the pressure, the kind of subjects. Then analyzes the origin of teachers'mental problems, researches the strategy of maintaining and promoting teachers'mental health. It's hoped to be carried out during the work.
